New updates coming to Balancing the 3 Peas of Life!
Hi y’all!! I just wanted to drop a line to let you know that I haven’t forgotten about y’all and wanted to give everyone an update to what's going on with 3 Peas. I am currently working on a website that will include my blancing3peas blog. I wanted everyone to be able to join the blog and wanted the website and blog to be together for quicker access and resources for everyone to enjoy. Once the website is up and running you will be able to sign up to receive blog updates directly to your current email address. Blog updates will be on a weekly basis. I promise that you will not be inundated with massive amounts of blogs. I will also add the weekly blog to the Balancing the 3 Peas of Life facebook page. I have been working on many articles for the blog including why we need fats in our diet to live healthy and to lose weight, what clean eating is, why it’s a good idea to switch to organic foods & grass fed beef and how a health and wellness coach can help you find the tools, resources and personal motivation to get healthy and or lose the weight that is preventing you from living your healthy life. Plus, there will be additional surprises which will include videos of how to prepare healthy foods which I will post on my website and YouTube approximately once a week or every two weeks. I will keep you updated on all the new and exciting things coming to Balancing the 3 Peas of Life and once it is up and running we will have a Peas Party! Have a great weekend.
